Do you want access to our Clubhouse and Bar?

Dear Players & Parents

In order to access our clubhouse and bar, you'll need to have a
membership card. To gain access to the building and to buy drinks at
the bar, you may be asked to show your card.

If you can't prove you're a paid up member then you'll need to be
signed in by another member each time you visit.

* If you don't have a membership card yet, please:

1. Complete this form:

2. Send a head and shoulders photo that clearly shows your face to
membership@millwallrugby.com

3. Your card will be ready for you to collect at the bar within 14
days.

* If you currently have a membership card and have paid your
membership for this season, you'll need to ask for it to be activated
on the clubhouse door. This way you can demonstrate you're all paid
up. To do this, please send an email to membership@millwallrugby.com
quoting:

1. Your name

2. How you paid for your membership this season

3. The number printed on the back of your exisiting proximity/access
card

4. Access will be added to your card within 14 days.
