Taking into consideration the big issues that affect us now such as space and inadequate training facilities - and only a temporary home pitch - we were still able to come up with some pretty ambitious plans for the next 2, 5 and 10 years!
Whilst we write up the discussions from our workshop and turn them into action plans - to make sure we succeed - we'd like to hear from YOU, the players and parents that make all of this worth while!
