Welcome back to rugby season 2010/11. All of the coaches, managers and
youth section volunteers are excited to continue, what has been a very
promising season so far!

We hope that 2011 brings us more players, more parents, more volunteers and
more victories on the field!

If you think you can help us achieve any or all of those, please get in
touch, we definitely want to hear from you!

Just a reminder that training has recommenced for 2011 on both Wednesdays
and Sundays. The coaches and managers are there every weekespecially early
on a cold Sunday morning. So it's only fair that you make every effort to
be there also.

Wednesday Training
6pm-7:20pm - Under 12s
7:30pm - 9pm - Under 15s and Colts

Sunday Training
10:30am - 12pm - Under 12s and Under 15s
11am-1pm - Match Fixtures

We have a new volunteer role for 2011, which is the 'Monthly Attendance
Reporting Officer.

Monthly Attendance Reporting Officer
* Collect attendance registers from Team Managers each month
* Compile into one spreadsheet
* Update compiled team registers
* Produce Highlights report

Each month, the team managers compile their attendance registers. A
volunteer is required to compile these into an excel spreadsheet. This then
needs to be sent to the Youth Chair, who will send it to our funding
partner Access Sports.

Microsoft Excel knowledge is required and the role can be done 100% at
home, no attendance at training or meetings are needed.

This role will take approximately 2 hours per month and would suit a
parent, who wants to get involved but cannot give too much time.

If you or someone you know is interested in the role, please email

Let's go to work!
