MONTHLY ATTENDANCE REPORTING OFFICER
We have a new volunteer role for 2011, which is the 'Monthly Attendance
Reporting Officer.
Monthly Attendance Reporting Officer
* Collect attendance registers from Team Managers each month
* Compile into one spreadsheet
* Update compiled team registers
* Produce Highlights report
Each month, the team managers compile their attendance registers. A
volunteer is required to compile these into an excel spreadsheet. This then
needs to be sent to the Youth Chair, who will send it to our funding
partner Access Sports.
Microsoft Excel knowledge is required and the role can be done 100% at
home, no attendance at training or meetings are needed.
This role will take approximately 2 hours per month and would suit a
parent, who wants to get involved but cannot give too much time.
If you or someone you know is interested in the role, please email
youthchair@millwallrugby.com
